1.2 Depending on the nature of your interaction with us, examples of personal data we may collect include:

• Nationality, gender, date of birth, marital status
• Photographs, audio-visual information
• Employment and financial information (e.g., credit card or bank account details)

2.1 We generally do not collect personal data unless:

• (a) It is provided voluntarily by you or an authorized representative after (i) being notified of the purpose of collection, and (ii) giving written consent for collection and use; or
• (b) Collection and use without consent is permitted or required by the PDPA or other laws.

3. Withdrawing Your Consent

3.1 You may withdraw your consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by submitting a written request to our Data Protection Officer at the contact details below.

3.2 Upon receiving your written request, we may need reasonable time (depending on the complexity and impact on our relationship) to process your request and notify you of the consequences.

3.3 Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide goods or services, and we will inform you of the impact before processing your request.

3.4 Withdrawing consent does not affect our right to continue to collect, use, and disclose personal data where permitted or required by law.

4. Access to and Correction of Personal Data

4.1 You may request access to a copy of the personal data we hold about you or request corrections to the data by contacting our Data Protection Officer.

4.2 A reasonable fee may be charged for access requests. We will inform you of the fee before processing your request.

4.3 We will respond as soon as reasonably possible. If we cannot respond within 30 days, we will notify you of the extended timeframe.

5. Protection of Personal Data

5.1 We take appropriate measures to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, and disposal. This includes using antivirus protection, encryption, and privacy filters.

5.2 While we strive to protect your personal data, no transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We continuously review and enhance our security measures.

6. Accuracy of Personal Data

6.1 We rely on the personal data provided by you or your authorized representative. Please inform us of any changes to your personal data to ensure it remains current, complete, and accurate.

7. Retention of Personal Data

7.1 We may retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.

7.2 We will cease to retain your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected, and we will remove identifying details if no longer required for legal or business purposes.

8.1 We generally do not transfer your personal data to countries outside of Singapore. However, if this occurs, we will obtain your consent and ensure that your data is protected to the same standard as under the PDPA.
